Dating to the 1920's, a period when smart women were adopting what were considered more 'masculine' fashions, this fab little signet ring would have been a very high fashion item. In the Romanesque style, it features the layered Sardonyx (which can be carved through with a monogram or crest to reveal the darker layer beneath) between decorative shoulders. Of 9ct Gold cased over a dark wax base rather than solid as is often the way with these seal fobs and rings, and so we are unable to alter the size, which is a 'J' or '4.75' as is.
